Years ago I was on a trip to Greece, where, standing on the southern coast of Crete, I gazed upon water so magnificently turquoise that I imagined diving in and becoming a mermaid, never to return. This collage, shows the moments between contemplation, testing the waters, and diving in and trasforming into a mermaid as my skin touches the water.
